Altai

Altai was inspired by the intriguing Altai Mountains, often written Altay Mountains, a mountain range in Central and East Asia where Kazakhstan, Russia, China, and Mongolia meet. It is where the rivers Irtysh and Ob originate. 2000 plant species can be discovered in Altai, a vast natural reserve, 200 unique to this location. In this area, more than 300 bird species and 70 species of animals coexist. As a unique and prime location where nature masters its best beauty, we were inspired to create Altai Tower in a prime location of natural beauty.

Residents are greeted with an air of richness and refinement as soon as they enter Altai Tower’s interior. The interiors of the skyscraper have been carefully planned to produce an opulent living environment that captures the spirit of Emirati culture. Every element of the interior design, from the tastefully created furniture to the complex architectural features, demonstrates the tower’s dedication to excellence.
The residential part of Jumeirah Village Triangle consists of nine communities and features over 5,000 units. Villas, townhouses, low-rise apartments, and mid-rise apartments are set amidst landscaped promenades and quaint streets. Most of the project has been completed. However, some of the properties are still under construction. The villas and townhouses were designed using four different styles: Mediterranean, Asian, Moorish, and Spanish. Jumeirah Village Triangle is a gated community with safe and secure residences and community spaces. It is an ideal place for residents with children. The streets are quiet compared to parts of central Dubai, and it is one of the few places where pet-friendly accommodations are available.
