Bliss Tower is an architectural embodiment of the Japandi philosophy, combining Scandinavian functionality with Japanese harmony. Grid Properties is a UK–based developer working in the UAE and collaborating with well-known companies such as Elie Saab and Marriot Hotels Group. Grid Properties has become known in the industry for its award-winning projects, including "Best New Development" for The Lucan.
The finishing includes natural materials such as wood, stone, glass, and metal, all harmoniously integrated. Walls are painted in calm tones, and floors are laid with porcelain stoneware tiles. Interiors feature soft textures, matte finishes, and nature-inspired hues.
