The new luxury residential complex LIV Residence is located in Dubai Marina. The project from the developer LIV Real Estate Development was commissioned in 2020, and the architectural consultant was Naga Architects. The owner of the building is Marina One Holdings Limited.The 28-story tower LIV Residence includes a collection of 179 different residential units: studios, apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms and exclusive penthouses. All residences have built-in closets, fitted bathrooms, functional kitchen sets and panoramic windows overlooking the waterfront and the skyscrapers of JBR and Dubai Marina.
